In order to keep up with the ever-changing culinary world, out team attends annual conventions such as the Catersource & Event Solutions Conference & Tradeshow, and the Fancy Foods Show. We are also avid readers of magazines such as Catersource, Gourmet, Bon Appetit, and International Catering Association, and frequent viewers of the Food Network. But most often, our inspirations come from something as simple as a tasty dish at a local restaurant, a new idea we see at an event, or even just walking through a blossoming garden, the local farmers' market, or the aisles of the grocery store. The inspirations for creativity are all around us, and our creative use of food and decor is what sets us apart from the rest.
